The first floor also features a Guest Bedroom with a full size bed, a full first floor bath as well as a laundry closet.

The second floor offers two (2) additional bedrooms and as well as additional full size bath. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, TV and the Guest bedroom has two Twin size beds with a bright open window view of the downstairs.

The Edgartown House can accommodate up to six guests and includes comfortable furnishings throughout. It is located at the end of a private way. The Edgartown House is just two miles south of historical downtown Edgartown, and within minutes of South Beach, the bike path and Morning Glory Farm (a local favorite).

The Edgartown House can be rented alone or with the Surfside Cottage which is next door. There are also four additional rental houses within walking distance which can also be rented to accommodate larger parties, including family reunions and wedding parties.
